TELLURIDE, COLORADO – The Inn at Lost Creek, a Telluride resort recognized by Conde Nast Traveler as a Reader’s Choice “Top 100 Hotels in the World” in 2003, is converting to condominiums 10 years after being developed.
Until now, according to developer Robert Levine, president and CEO of R.A.L. Companies & Affiliates – the same group behind the ultra swanky Capella Telluride currently under development in the area – suites have only been available for fractional ownership. Residents can take occupancy of their new deluxe condominiums now. “After ten years of running The Inn at Lost Creek as a luxury resort, it gives me great pleasure to now offer these warm and inviting residences to families that call, or wish to call, Telluride home,” says Levine. “What’s more, residents will be able to enjoy the superior amenities and personalized services that have won the resort many accolades throughout the years, and of which we are most proud.”
Surrounded by the spectacular San Juan Mountains, and just minutes away from historic Telluride Mountain Village, the Inn at Lost Creek offers discerning homebuyers 29 lavish studio- to two-bedroom condominiums starting at $320,000.
Each condominium features jetted bathtubs, private balconies, stone fireplaces, washers/dryers, air-conditioning systems, and fully equipped kitchens/kitchenettes. Additionally, two one-bedroom and one two-bedroom residences will remain available for fractional ownership, priced at $69,000 and $110,000 respectively for five weeks of tenancy.
Residents at the ski in/ski out community will have access to the world-class spa and fitness center under development at the nearby Capella Telluride and will enjoy the exceptional service offered by The West Paces Hotel Group, a division of Capella Hotels & Resorts, which manages “six star” luxury hotels, resorts and select independent properties in the world’s most stunning locations.
“The Inn at Lost Creek has won many distinctions for excellence,” says Brian F. O'Neill, Listing Broker, Telluride Properties, Inc. “It is the fine quality of design and craftsmanship, superior amenities and services that have made the inn a mainstay in Telluride for many years. These same qualities now make it one of the most sought after residences in town.”
The Inn at Lost Creek has been a Departures magazine “Reader’s Favorite” and “One of the West’s Best Small Inns”, according to Sunset magazine. It has been recognized by many more publications for its excellence.
